GRICAD offers audiovisual production services to the scientific community of Grenoble Alpes University :

• Recording of scientific events in high definition video (conferences, seminars, symposiums...)
• Live streaming of events
• Post-production, uploading and hosting of the videos on UGA's POD platform
• Production of scientific films and animations for laboratories and/or their research projects
• Production of audio podcasts for research structures (more information on the GRICAD podcasts page)
• Taking pictures/sound in the studio (interview achievements, recording of audio comments, etc.)

Tarification:

• The minimum package for recording conferences in rooms equipped with audiovisual equipment is 90 euros excluding VAT for one hour of recording (including editing). In non-equipped rooms, the minimum package for one hour of captation is 160 euros excluding VAT. Beyond that, the hours of captation are invoiced 55 euros excluding VAT and the hours of assembly 35 euros excluding VAT of the hour.
• Concerning the realization of films, the tariff is personalized according to the project and the needs, with for hourly rate 45 euros excluding VAT for the captation and 35 euros excluding VAT for the editing.
